Activation is a process of embodied awakening–the experience of being consciously and radically alive in our body. With practice, this embodied aliveness becomes anchored into our being and we become rewired to pleasure rather than pain. Our wounds are transformed and we begin to experience the changes we have been longing for.
Total Body Energy Activation is an energy based style of bodywork and practice. We use sexual energy (universal life energy) to remove obstructions to the natural flow of energy through the channels of the body. The removal of these obstructions is essential for us to be able to return to our true nature as embodied experience. This activation process enables us to reconnect with our internal power, our own sense of personal authority and integrity.
The information you need to transform yourself is already coded in your body. With conscious intention and guidance, our bodies naturally open up to release unconscious blocks to regain its connections to Source energy, our life energy, which is also our sexual energy- and its profound healing power.
When we discover we can generate this aliveness from within ourselves we reclaim our true power and potency. The way to do this is to connect our sexual energy throughout the body- to our hearts and minds, and aligning with this source.
You don't need a partner to begin this process. We innately possess the blueprint in our body to activate this flow. All we need to do is learn how to connect with conscious intention and direction.
