Take A Risk SEX is an experiential online event where participants take a risk to share and explore a taboo aspect of their sexuality or challenges in their relationship to self and others around sexuality.  

When we experience ourselves as sexual beings, open to our full flow, pulsing with life energy through our body, we become more creative and feel more deeply connected to ourselves and to others. In this dynamic, interactive online group we will combine individual work with group process. Techniques to liberate your sexual energy, your life energy- and access more pleasure in your life include individual body psychotherapy readings with select participants who choose to take the risk of revealing a sexual issue and are willing to work through it in a supportive environment with Kristina’s guidance.
